Account email, athlete name, Instagram handle, city/province, training info you provide (level, pull-ups, dips, muscle-up), and your event registrations, match results, and ELO history.
Why we collect it
To run competitions: pair athletes, track results, publish rankings, and contact you about events you've registered for.
What is public
Your athlete name, Instagram handle, current ELO, match history, and event results appear on public leaderboards, match history, and athlete profile pages. Your email, phone number, and contact info are never displayed publicly.
Who can see private data
Only NCL staff and Super Admins can see private fields (email, phone) for event operations.
Your rights
You can update your profile any time. To delete your account or remove your data, email us.
